Winning an ATP Event/ ATP初優勝

Hello peeps, it is getting a little steamy in Tokyo! I am already anticipating a very hot summer this year. For those of you that haven't seen it on my social media, I won my first professional event last month! It was an one day event at Nanso Country Club, and I shot 67, winning by one! Super exciting :) Love it when hard work pays off. I definitely feel like my longgame has made some positive progress, and I really believe that GIR's correspond most directly to consistent and lower scores. Yes, shortgame is important, but you don't want to be scrambling on every single hole because that just wears you out. Also, I just want to bring this up to those of you who are looking into golfing professionally in Japan, but don't have status. For example, I didn't do well in the Pro-Test last year which would have given me a status on the Step-Up Tour (equivalent to Symetra) nor did I do well in Q-school, so I had to find a place to compete.
