FITLINE: Power Cocktail

Image
Recommended for daily use in the morning with 200ml (It says 180ml on the box, but I would mix with 200ml to blend thoroughly.) of water. One box contains 30 bags, and you would consume one bag per day.  This product is extremely rich in Vitamin B (Vitamin B6, B1, B2) which are essential for maintaining good health. They create energy and help speed up the metabolism.  Its nutrition info mentions "biotin," which is also known as Vitamin B7, and from what I have read, amongst its countless benefits is the regeneration of hair, skin, and nails. In fact, one customer review mentioned improved skin, and I was stoked to read that.  Aside from Vitamin B, Power Cocktail contains plentiful Vitamins C and E, which strengthens the immune system and protects cells from stress. The product can also help with digestion with its probiotics.  Full nutritional benefits for Power Cocktail is online, and I suggest reading it if you're interested in nutrition because it is quite educating

Madrid Gets Snow: A week off the course

Here it is, 2021 off to a very interesting start.  Madrid had the biggest snowfall in 50 years.  The news was on several multi-national news channels which underlined the severity of the crisis.  It was a "natural disaster," but I'd say many people in Spain were happy to see snow, and the city was ecstatic with a festive mood. There were pedestrians with snowboards and skis enjoying the snow and families making snow angels and snowmen in the middle of the streets.  In midst of the chaos, there was this man with the dog sled.  And on top of all this, Gran Vía, equivalent to Broadway Street in New York, turned into a large snowball fight destination.  The newscasters mentioned how the snow was almost knee-high, and I would agree with that, as you can see in the video below.  I was cozy in my golf rain gear, double socks, and mittens.  Transportation is still paralyzed so a lot of people are choosing the metro. As of January 14th, there are more cars on the streets, even tho

Happy New Year everyone!  I hope 2021 will be a great year for everyone with good health, good food, just good everything!  I am here with a little podcast recommendation. I have never really been a huge fan of podcasts, but I've learned over years on the road that if you have a car-ride over an hour by yourself might as well use the time for some learning.   I heard about this podcast from my friend, so it is not completely an original finding, but here it is: Earn Your Edge: Decoding Excellence in Golf & Life The hosts are Cameron Mccormick and Corey Lundberg; you might know Cameron as Jordan Spieth's coach.  There are so many episodes you can choose from, and I especially love the interviews they do. I've listened to a couple, but my favorites are ones with Bryson Dechambeau, Adam Scott, Pete Cowen. I like the ones that talk about the long game aspect of the game because that is what I personally struggle with the most. But say, for example, if your shortcoming is wi
