Hey peeps, this is a little info about what LaceLocker🄬 does, and a glimpse into their awesome product!

So these colorful gadgets on my shoes help tuck the laces away from being tripped over- I use them a lot when I work out or go for a run. (I don't use them on the golf shoes I compete in because I wear the lace-free footjoys with the clicks on the back) From my personal experience, they come in super handy on my Nike workout shoes because I've learned that their laces come undone pretty quickly.

First and foremost, happy new year!! Hope 2019 is filled with joy and success for all of you guys! As of me, I am back in Florida getting ready to compete in two Eggland events, and am definitely enjoying the warmer weather than what I’ve been experiencing in Japan. Little about me, my goals, and purpose/ まほです！よろしくお願いします！

Hi, for those of you that don't know me, I'd like to give you a little introduction of myself. My name is Maho Hayakawa, I am a Japanese golfer playing tournaments around the world. I moved to Dubai when I was 7, and that's where I started playing golf with my family. I was lucky I got to continue playing the game; I moved to Japan and Mexico after I left Dubai, but both countries had good golfing environment (less so in Japan) and I was able to continue competing. I spent 2 years of high school at the Mike Bender Golf Academy in Lake Mary, Fl, training with Mike Bender. I just graduated from University of Virginia where I played on the golf team, and I turned professional right after I graduated, in 2018. For the past year and a half, I've been competing in Eggland's Golf Tour, Cactus Tour, Japan Ladies Circuit, and Japanese ATP tournaments. My goal is to play on a Ladies Professional Tour, and as of October 2018, I am preparing to play the 2020 LET Q

Updates from Japan・日本でゴルフ

Hi, hope you’re all having a good summer! I want to first apologize for not updating the blog frequently. My keypad on my laptop broke and with moving, practicing, adjusting to Japan, I had a hard time securing time to sit and write. A lot has happened since the last post-  first, I didn’t make it past 2nd stage of pro test in Japan :( It was really disappointing because I didn't play well at all, and when I think about it now,  I really didn't prepare for it the way I wanted to. I turned professional in May, and ever since then, I feel like I had too much going on and was never fully focused on the "present." I think the hardest thing about becoming a professional athlete is dealing with uncertainty. I think it's different if you already have status on some tour and have a set schedule, but as for now, I am trying to get status for the following season, so nothing is really set.
